Before enrolling in a training class to work from home, it is important that all applicants makes sure they have the necessary time to invest in training. Training consist of 4 hours each day from Monday through Friday. All trainings are online. You have to attend training class as well as have enough time to complete self pace work that is given to all agents. During training you are only able to miss 2 or 3 days depending on your instructor. Therefore it is important that you are available to invest time into successfully completing and passing training. Once you pass training, you are certified with the client.
The positions that are offered are both full time or part time. You are an independent contractor therefore you are able to set your own schedules. You are required to work between 15 or more hours each week. No less than 15 hours a week. We have some agents that work 15 hours a week and some that work 40 + a week. You are in control of your own schedule.
Before selecting a client to work for, make sure you contact us to determine what your pay rate would be and also make sure you read the opportunity announcement to make sure you have all the necessary equipment for the client. The opportunity announcement give you information about the training, what is required, and information about the client you will be training for.
Agents are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month via direct deposit or paper check. It is your preference how you want to get paid. Pay periods run from the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the end of the month. Once you get enrolled in a training class, you will get your contract and direct deposit authorization form to sign.
